Nicosia Walking Tour

On 10 October 2012, POST Research Institute hosted a Nicosia walk for the Power of One participants to show the intriguing history of the city, where more than 80 people have attended. The POST RI members have shown the traditional architecture of the 1800s to early 1900s. The tour continued by entering to the heart of the city to Buyuk Han, a grand old Ottoman Inn once used by travellers and merchants and they went into the narrow streets to the impressive Gothic structure of St. Sophia Cathedral. Then the tour continued in the south Nicosia where the hosts have taken the participants to Famagusta Gate.
